I received three boxes from 1607 Bailey Ave Buffalo NY 14212, with no name on it and I didn’t know who it was. I found phone number 716.896.7160 associated with that address. They said they didn’t know what the product was; they were just shipping it for the supplier. I told them I was going to refused the package and to not ship me anything else and it went back to them. I received two more boxes, and two more times, I refused them.

Then, I have been charged approximately $100 TWICE a month for three months by Amore Skin Care on my credit card. Amore is saying that I agreed to these terms unless I ‘cancelled’. I have disputed this with them and my credit card company but seems Amore says I agreed to this. I am disputing this. After the third time I refused the shipment, Amore emailed me saying I had agreed to the shipments but they would cancel further orders. We exchanged several emails but they are a scam/con artist and won’t discuss the facts.

I ordered skin care products from them on 3-20-17, adding up to $45.91. On 4-04-17 they charged my bank account almost $200.00 for more products I did not order or authorize.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Upon searching Facebook, I came across an ad showing a trial of Amore Skin Brightening Face Cream and eye serum. All you needed to do was purchase the shipping and you would receive a trial size of the cream and eye serum. I searched and searched for anywhere that said you would be charged going forward. I found nothing. I placed the order, then two months later was charged $94.94. I called the customer service center where I was informed they have a "terms and conditions" page that states all of the above would take place. I assured her there was no such page. I asked for her to show me. She gave me the website "amoreskintreatment.com". Upon going to this site, I noticed this was not the site I originally made the purchase. I explained to her this wasn’t where I made my purchase. However, she only insisted they have just one site and wasn’t willing to even consider there could be another option. I gave her the site that i was directed to through the link on Facebook . I went to the site also and looked through the whole site there were no terms to hit "agree" on. With that she hung up on me. I called back and went through most of the same conversation with another representative. He took me to their site. Again I explained that is not where I ordered the product from. I tried to go back to the site I did order from and wouldn’t you know it now it doesn’t come up at all. They had agreed to refund me 50%. After hanging up and checking them out on ScamPulse.com I decided to call back and tell them I knew it was a scam and demanded on a 100% refund, They said the best they could do would be 75% and I told them not good enough and I was turning them into the BBB. With that he went to get his supervisor who didn’t get on the line but "authorized" a 100% refund. I was told it would be back in my account in 2-4 business days. I told him if it wasn’t I would be calling back then he tells me "well sometimes it takes up to 10 business days but not usually". The website I was taken to from the Facebook link was: https://try.amoreskintreatment.com/aa1/b6mc/?affid=213552&s2=zg4228w7912c&am… The website given by the rep is: https://amoreskintreatment.com These are clearly two separate websites and clearly a scam. Please do not fall for their product or lack of terms and conditions.

I was offered a sample of skin cream for $4.95 and three weeks later I was charged $89.95 for that same jar of cream and they refused to refund the money saying I agreed to pay that much for the jar if I didn’t return in two weeks! It’s a total lie and I told them they were going to go to hell for what they were doing , avoid amore skin brightening cream at all costs because it will cost you plenty

Be cautious and don’t get any "FREE" offers from this company. I made an online purchase (shipping) for free eye and face cream. It showed nothing online that this was a 14day trial with subscription of over $85 per product per month. I was charged over $348 This is a SCAM.
