Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 3 hammocks on April 11 2020. They first said they were delivered to Franklin Nebraska when I live in imperial Nebraska. Tried calling never an answer. Emails them and then they claimed they resent them through FedEx this time not USPS. Tried tracking number they gave and it’s false. Left more emails demanding refund n now I get nothing. I’m at a loss. These were for our three boys new rooms. Now they have nothing to sleep on now plus I’m out almost 400 dollars. Plz help!
