Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

About a month ago, I started getting calls from Michael Lee from American Winners International. He said I’m the second place winner, and I’ve won 25 million in a cashiers check, and $350,000 in cash and three cars. I’m supposed to give him a $199 delivery card. He said the flatbed truck would deliver the cars. He told me I could buy it at CVS or Walmart. I’m supposed to give him the card when he gets to the door. He’s caucasian, but has an accent, I can’t identify. He smokes. The first time he called it was right after the stimilus checks were issued, and he wanted $500.00.

Total money lost $400

Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I have had several phone calls on my landline from American Winners International. Caller states I won a car and $500 Million. The same man keeps calling me. He told me not to talk to anybody. They claim to be here in Cleveland with my package and car. They wanted $400 from me one time. $300 another. $350. I told them if I won a prize why do I have to pay. The first time they called I did pay money. I sent $400 cash overnight from the Post Office. Priority Express mail. That is how they instructed me to send the money. I sent it September 27, 2018. The money was sent to to Tom Campbell 310 Concord Ave. Union NJ 07083. I don’t remember what the money was for. I have told them over and over not to call. It was in the back of my mind that this was a scam. I wanted to call the ScamPulse.com to be sure.
