Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I have had about six calls on my cell phone from American Storage US. Caller stated I won $ 1 Million dollars. This has been going on about three weeks. Callers name is Marcus Bailey. He said he is a US Agent. He said I do not owe any money upfront. There is a $500 upfront fee for insurance. He said I could pay by money order, checking account. They gave me a tracking number from UPS 195364US. I have sent no money. I do not call them back. They gave me phone numbers 866-978-7634 and 866-978-0009. They told me not to talk to anyone because they will want money. I wanted to report this so nobody else would get involved.
