Contacted the "owner on website interested in a teacup Shih Tzu he had named Lucy. We corsponded back and forth through email. Everything was set. I paid the $550 through money gram. Puppy was to be on the next flight out from. Oklahoma to Ohio. They it was being held up because now all of a sudden they needed $950 for insurance on the puppy to fly. We would get 98% of that back when the puppy was delivered. Now I am corsponding with a man from Friendly Pet Movers. Sent the money through money gram. Guy called and said money gram wouldn’t release the money. I called money gram, they had him on a scam list and would only release the money back to me. I got my $950 back. I called the guy I wanted my $550 back or was calling officials. He ended up hanging up on me.
