I got a call from Brandon Chapman first from 646-493-1001, he claimed to be with the US government stating that through the American Recovery Reinvestment Act from 2009 I was able to receive $780,000 from this stimulus package. I was hesitant but wanted to see where it went. He referred me to the extension number 1102 to talk to Jason Walker. He asked if i had a Western Union that I could go to, I told him yes and he said I needed to get a RCC card. My husband and I didn’t know what that was and went to Western Union to ask them, they did not know what an RCC card was either, we called Jason Walker back and he said that we could just get $250 worth of iTunes cards and to call and give him the numbers to the cards, claiming that we would get the money back. I confirmed with the ScamPulse.com that this is a scam and wanted to report it.
