Tony Peterson called me from 513-442-4709 and stated that I had won 3.5 million dollars and a brand new car. I sent him $231.00. Mr. Peterson provided you claim number, ticket number, prize number and the fax number. He told me the car was coming from a local dealership and that the delivery will be made at 3:00 PM today. They claim to be American Payoff Service in West Virginia. I sent money to an address in West Virginia.
