Mr. Clark of American Lotteries and Sweepstakes called me this morning at 10:55am AZ time. He called from a blocked number. I did a skip trace on the number he gave me for contact. It shows an area in Washington DC with the address and name being blocked. It shows a cell phone. (202) 239-7409
Mr. Clark stated he had been trying to reach me about a 1.3 million dollar win and wanted to know if I wanted it to be public or private and in order to receive my winnings, I needed to pay $375.00.
He gave me his number for contact and said he would push the date out so that I could have time to pay him.
