American Legal Recovery has called me of a loan in the amount $2,852.00, all is not true I have not taken any loans out. Also I they stated they will serve garnishment papers to my employer. This company could not provide date of loan or any specific as to what this is for. They proceeded to say I have so many days to forward $300 to them or they have no choice but file the paperwork for garnishments.
