Thought I was calling navient about student loans but instead called this business by mistake because of a misleading google ad. Asked for email and social security number. Changed my password on the Federal Student Aid website without telling me. Had me give him my credit card information. When I called back to cancel the payment, he told me I was making a mistake and was very rude and pushy trying to persuade me not to cancel. The man that I talked to was named Fernando
