Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have received 3 emails from American credit collections. It looks like a foreign country, as it is not grammatically correct. It doesn’t list any contact info other than the email it’s sent from. I don’t recognize this, but I’m mostly concerned because they have my correct social security number! They’re threatening me with legal action, if I don’t reply to them by court or reporting to credit bureaus. I’ve already called the ftc and put a fraud alert with all three major consumer reporting bureau’s. It’s listed as coming from a city I used to live in, but I have no idea what it’s about, I’m almost positive it’s a scam. It just doesn’t look right. See copy of email below. I’ve xxx’ed out my SSN. BUT THEY HAVE IT! I’m worried about this. Thank you,
