Contacted by American Locating Corporation on behalf of a secondary corporation. Initial call verifies the persons identity. Next step is to call a phone number they give you along with your complaint file number. To avoid going to court you must do (X)… Upon request for website was told no website. Upon request their location was not given. Requested the Court documents be filed then mailed to me by legal recognized authorities. Also requested written mailed documentation from their company to insure I would follow up. After telling them they are a scam the caller declared that I would go to court.
