they told me that they could help me to apply for the school but the school told me that they have never received money from this agency. The owner of this agency told me that this company is closed and she opened a new same business but different names , so she refused to give me the refund or help me pay for the school which is $3000 check and she cashed out already. Basically, the owner of this agency is a scammer. she opens several businesses to get money by fraud and close the business after.
