Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Says I got aproved for a 5000 short term loan but says inorder to get it he has to send me money and with that money go and buy either a my vanilla prepaid card, best buy, or eBay card and then take pictures of front and back of cards plus copy of receipt. In mean time he messes with your bank account and some how files claims on different things then all of a sudden every thing stats comming back to your account and makes u negitive and refuses to fix issue.
