Type of a scam Rental

Craigslist add about a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for rent, $600/month with a $300 security, $50/person credit and background check and a $100/pet fee. they sent us to an address and we saw a property that had new flooring but weren’t able to go inside as they said they lived in another state currently and couldn’t go there for viewings. here’s the email from them –

"Hi, I appreciate your response and interest in renting from me, the house is still for rent. The rent per month is $600 with a security deposit of $300 and the pet deposit of $100. Its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with lots of appliances for your use. It’s a lovely home of perfect condition, you will enjoy living there with your family. I am Amelia and my Hubby name is Jacek with our daughter Emily, she is disabled due to a car accident some couple of months back that make me lose my hearing and I fractured my legs, I’m in a wheelchair as of now and my husband is currently working in Sheffield. I’m now with my Mom here in Dallas TX, for more care and treatment. So I can get back on my feet asap, my husband wants me to find a good tenant that will take care of our home and once my husband settle down, I will be moving to Sheffield and start a new life there with him. I have to let you know all this for you to know where we are coming from. I want you to tell me about yourself. So I can know who I’m talking to, for me to make the right decision in choosing the best tenant to take good care of our home.
