Placed an order for quilt that was meant to be a Christmas gift on Dec 8th, 2018 that had come up on Facebook. Received order confirmation followed by email offers for other products from them. No tracking information was ever received. We tried multiple times to email the company asking about shipment and there has been no response. I searched online and found multiple complaints by others on here regarding this company.

I reached out to my credit card company to see and the order had been charged to my account. They provided us with a phone number they had on file from the transaction to reach out for a resolution. The number just rings and then goes to busy tone with no opportunity to leave any kind of message. The credit card company is continuing to investigate to see if we can eventually get our money back.

This is a fake company, selling non-existent items.

In November I ordered a quilt from Amelia but have not received it yet. I have received a notification that it has “shipped “ and that I can track it with the number they gave me. When I try to track it, it says that it has left and is on its way. It has DHL logo on the form.
