While searching for skin products on Amazon I got linked to a Ambrosina skin cream and eye serum product that offered a trial sample requiring a $4.99 shipping and handling fee. Billed to my credit card was an additional $4.97 on the same day. On the 15th of the next month I was billed $89.95 plus $89.92 for products that I never received. I thought the products were good because of the endorsement by Christy Brinkly and other glamourous well known names whom I felt wouldn’t indorse a product that would tarnish their name.

After reviewing my credit card charge, I called the company and closed my supposed membership with the company and was told the product would be mailed within 14 days. I have never received the product. I went to the post office to make sure nothing from Lazeyeserum was returned for any reason and they explored both AmbroSina and Lazeyeserum and determined that it was never mailed to me.

Today after some research I found a customer service number (844-963-9337) and while waiting was routed to a gentleman not located in the U.S. He told me that I would not receive a refund for the product because I waited past a 14 day grace period before closing the supposed time frame that was not detailed in the free trial ad.
