THEY CONTACTED ME VIA EMAIL AND OFFERED ME A POSITION WITH THEIR COMPANY RESHIPPING PACAKAGES. I WAS TO RECEIVE PACAGES AND RESHIP THEM. EVERYTHING WAS ONLINE. AFTER I COMPLETED THE RESHIPPING OF 5-6 PACKAGES, THEY OFFERED ME ANOTHER POSITION AS A BUYER. THEY WANTED ME TO OPEN CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS WITH LOWES, BEST BUY, AND AMAZON. I ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS, AND JUST NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH IT. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO PAY ME $40 PER PACKAGE ONCE I COMPLETED THE TASK OF RESHIPPING. I GOT SUSPICIOUS WHEN THEY OFFERED ME THE BUYERS POSITION BUT THEN I STARTED RECEIVING LETTERS ADDRESSED TO THE PEOPLE WHOSE NAMES WERE ON THE PACKAGES BUT WITH MY ADDRESS. I RECEIVED OVER 35 LETTERS SO FAR. WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM, THEY WERE RUDE ABOUT WHY I WAS GETTING THOSE LETTERS. I THEN CONTACTED THE FBI. I STOPPED RESHIPPING THE PACKAGES SO THEY HAVE LOCKED ME OUT OF THE SIGNIN PAGE. I KEPT THE PACKAGES, LABELS AND LETTERS AFTER I REALIZED WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY NEVER SENT ME A CHECK FOR THE PACKAGES THAT I COMPLETED. IM PRETTY SURE THAT THIS IS A SCAM. THE LETTERS ARE FROM PAYPAL CREDIT AND SYNCHRONY BANK. SO IM ASSUMING THAT THEY ARE OPENING LINES OF CREDIT WITH THOSE COMPANIES AND ORDERING GOODS WITH MY ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGES. I DID LOOK ONLINE AND SAW THAT THERE HAVE BEEN OTHER SCAMS SUCH AS THIS BUT NEVER FOUND IT UNDER THIS COMPANIES NAME. I NEVER GAVE THEM ANY BANKING INFORMATION SO THEY DIDNT TAKE ANY MONEY FROM ME BUT THEY DO HAVE MY HOME ADDRESS WHICH IS SCARY. THEY OWED ME $380 FOR THE PACKAGES THAT I RESHIPPED.

I received an email on 1/18/2019 offering me a part time job to receive, inspect and re-ship packages as quality controller. The company name is Amazon Pack Inspect and they will pay $40 per package. With some suspicions I started this job. Most packages came to my address but with different recipients’ names, only a few came to my name. I re-shipped some packages to Amazon fulfillment centers and the others to different addresses per instructions. Two weeks later there were some letters came to my address but not to my name. Those letters were all from some banks such as Paypal. Suspecting that might be related with the part time job, I researched on line and found the re-shipping business could be a scam. I stopped re-shipping any packages in my hands and reported my case to FTC. However I didn’t hear back from FTC. A week ago several phone calls tried to reach me. Per area code they are from Slovenia. I didn’t answer. Please let me know how I should deal with those packages in my hands.
