I think Amazon don’t want to solve the problems I am waiting the telephone call, they are sending emails to the scammers and replacing the order not matter I reported to them the problem and confirmed I never did the transaction and HSBC confirmed to Amazon that was a fraud. Amazon send again the bike on November 22, 2017. Let me know what I can do to solve the problem whe a business like Amazon let a third party to make frauds.
