Type of a scam Phishing

I received an email saying my ID had been used to purchase an 87.00 pressure washer. If you don’t know what a pressure washer is, it is a mechanical sprayer used to remove dust, dirt, mud, and loose paint from surfaces. I was skeptical and showed a couple of friends. Like all scams, the email will instruct you to click on a deceptive site. Don’t do it! If your default browser is Firefox, its smart filters will detect deceptive sites.

Last sentence: (insert malware here) To cancel the transaction and confirm your the owner of the account.

Had been Purchased on a Device that wasnt previously Associated with You. (excuse my grammatical errors, scams usually contain them.)

Your Sincerely,

amazon security dept.
