Type of a scam Credit Cards

I was told that Amazon has a Small Business Minority program in their Associates program. They build a personal website that sends customers to the Amazon website (mine was InspiredStories4u.com – still active at the moment) and I would receive a commission from each sale, creating a residual income for all future purchases. They require $9,000 on credit card to start. I signed a contract for $6200 on charge card which was all I had, then they asked for my DOB which triggered my scam alarm. I blocked that card so no money was exchanged. I checked with Amazon – they do not build websites for anyone. This is NOT an Amazon program. My fear now is identity theft.
