I received a charge on my Discover card for $19.95 that I did not authorize. The charge says, "AM SAVE, Stamford, CT, 855-767-1078." I called the number and they told me I signed up for credit monitoring services with them. I told them I did not do that. They said that I signed up for it when I signed up for something else for another purchase, but they couldn’t tell me what. I know I would never agree to that. They refused to refund my money, but they did supposedly agree to cancel the "contract." They would not give me their address so I cannot file a ScamPulse.com complaint or Attorney General complaint. I will be disputing the charge with with Discover to try and reverse it.
