Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I am receiving emails for rebuilt engines listed as invoices to click on and pay. To the point I’ve received 4. I’ve opted out of the website and still receiving emails. I called company to have them remove me and they have hung up twice saying "we don’t send emails."
