On 11/16/2016 ordered a Free Trial of Alucia Skin Cream, just pay 4.95 shipping. I first checked JUST that box. I did not want any other product. It automatically selected the Luminella Eye Cream and charged me for shipping for both. No way back, and I DID NOT CHECK THE EYE CREAM BOX. Made me check box to secure the order, but in doing so that BOX was conveniently their ‘Terms and Conditions’ box as well!!?? I ordered this FREE TRIAL, as a pop up came up on my page. I read it and thought, Hmm, maybe I’ll try the free trial and check it out. Nowhere did it say it was a 14 day trial through the pop up site. Nowhere was there a place on a website to even set up an account!

December 1, 2016 I woke up to a 89.07 charge, as well as a 98.39 charge for these skin products!! I called and they said my trial date ended last night!!!! FIRST, they never claimed it was a 14 day trial, SECOND, there is NO WHERE to cancel a trial online, THIRD, their website offers no where that you can even have an account, it just takes you to a free trial page!! I had no idea I had to cancel ANYTHING!! I know how to cancel free trials, and this company is scamming people in the ways I stated above.

I called. They would NOT give me my money back. I said cancel me and don’t ship the order you just charged me for. I was then told that the ‘tiny free trial’ package WAS the shipment I was being charged for!!

I really needed this money, to me, they stole from me! My son is battling leukemia, and like I said,…I needed this money right before Christmas. Devastating!!
