Type of a scam Online Purchase

I opened a memory game and the computer locked up and a help call number was posted. When I called them, they had all of my accounts, pass words and started quoting me prices to unlock and secure my computer. The security was for 3 yrs at the price of $599.90 which I put on a credit card. They recently tried to charge my card with additional service, which I did not request. My bank realized something wasn’t right and blocked the use of this card. A new card is being issued to me and I need to call several contacts to let they know that my auto pay will be handled be a new card and number. I Googled this co. to find out it was a scam…no new to me and called the Better Business Bureau. They used scare tactics on this senior citizen and told me that my accounts were being used on a pornographic site.
