Type of a scam Online Purchase

Dear Sir or Madam:

Due to lose my dog half year ago, feel sad and lonely. Try to buy a dog through the internet. On Aug 20, found a breeder by name of John Barker at Sedgwick, Maine owning Alpha Shih Tzu Home (cell phone: 207-558-5300, email:[email protected], website: http://alphashihtzhhome.com/Available_puppies.html). According to him, he can ship the puppy across USA and Canada. The deal is buying a puppy from him by $725 CAD with 3 Walmart Gift Cards including shipping fee. After email and text chats, I paid off him, he introduced me to the delivering company: PR Pet Relocation Delivery Service (1 Floretta Pl Rm88, Raleigh NC27676, Tel: 910-444-0482 website: http//petsrelocationservice.com/ Email: Petrelocation [email protected]) a guy from the company called me by using cell number of 956-338-1085 on Aug27. They wanted me paid $1500 CAD to rent an electronic temperature control crate to ship the dog with 95% refundable. They said will pay me back in cash when the delivering agents arrive my doorstep with the puppy. I paid for it with 6 Walmart Gift Cards without choice but I found gradually they are internet scammers. It was found later on that the address on dog owner transfer document for John Barker at Sedgwick is false (** *** *** ***** ********* ****** ********). Also the document is probably fake too. Both breeder and the delivering tried to cheat my money illegally when I sent the cards to them (for instance, they said some of the cards were inactivated or zero balance after I sent the cards to them and wanted me to go back to the store and put more money in). On Aug30, they said the puppy on the way at ST Louis, MO for transfer inspection and wanted me pay another 1500CAD for insurance fee but I refused because I thought I would never got the puppy and money back from those bad guys.So my total loss is $2225 CAD ($725 for Breeder and $1500 for the deliver). John Barker did not tell me anything about renting a crate and insurance fee before. I strongly believe those guys together to cheat my money. I do not have the dog and suffer a great financial and spiritual losses during the period of Pandemic and job loss. Hopefully by the help of the government of Maine and police forces, find out those thefts and get my money back as soon as possible.

The guy with a pseudo name John Barker still tried to play with me on August 31, 2020 with cell phone number of 207 292 6286 and continued to cheat money by internet or phone activities. He might think the state police will never catch him.
