I ordered to trial sized face lotion and I paid for the shipping. The ad said to cancel within 14 days of the order date or be billed for full sized products. I called the same day and they call themselves PuraVida. She said I did NOT call and cancel and that’s why my bank was charged 89.98 and 87.97. She gladly cancelled my account but when I asked if my money would be returned, she hung up on me. I called back and a man answered and when I asked about the money, he hung up on me as well. I am 64 years old and live on disability. This is a horrific blow to my ability to pay my bills. Now I am out 177.95 AND they didn’t send the products which I did not want, but obviously paid for them.I want my money returned to my bank.
