Ordered a trial size of cream for 4.99. Within a week this company charged my account for almost 170.00 for more product that I did NOT order or authorize. COMPLETE SCAM!

Ordered one 30 day trial product from Alluracell, was charged for 3. Never got an email confirmation as promised. Either could not reach customer service or was disconnected for 2 weeks. Had to cancel my debit card to ensure no further charges. The bank was able to find some phone numbers, they could not find my order when called. Finally got a hold of a customer service person, who said it was too late to refund my money.

I was unable to even try this product due to ingredients I can not use.
