Absolute garbage…looks nothing like their website, that is full of great reviews. My CC company refunded my purchase. Now they email me once or twice a week saying I could apply for a partial refund. Told them to send me a prepaid shipping label and they can have their garbage back

I purchased an item a item with this website on July 24 and have not received my purchase. I’ve contacted them over a dozen times and not once have they responded to my emails. I need my money back or send me my item.
