Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a small personal air conditioner online on Aug. 8. According to their the item wold be shipped within 3 days. Here it is a month later and no item. In the meantime I have been billed on my charge card and paid for the item. I went back to the website to contact then and I cannot reach them. The contact page (spelled "contac") cannot be reached. It sends me to an error page. I researched online and discovered that other people have not received items they purchased from this site as well. I obviously was scammed.
