Type of a scam Debt Collections
A company called Allied Retention Services, LLC. called and harassed me and my husband about a debt that was owed. They had information concerning me and this debt so I fell for it and set up a repayment plan thinking I was clearing up a debt. I asked them to send me via email a letter confirming the arranged plan. The information on the letter gave a phone number that does not work (1-844-456-0983) and supplied no mailing address.
When researching them online, their was no information on this company.
