Olivia Davis called my phone number on 11/09/2016 from 913-370-7779. She left a message stating that a case will be filed in Richmond County Courts, case number 345499-552 and will become public. The case is against John Route and my name and address is affiliated with the case. If I do not call 866-304-5302, the case will be filed and become public. I called 11/09/2016 and 11/28/2016. I called again today because Olivia Davis left a voice mail on my husband’s phone stating that the case number 34599-552 against John Route will become public and filed if I do not call 866-304-5302. The first time I called Michelle answered. I had to ask 3 times for the company’s name that she worked for and she said Allied. Today a John Newbury answered with "Legal Office". I asked the name of the office and he said Allied. I gave him the case number and he said, "Is this Carina Gonzales?" I asked him why he said that name. The voicemail name that I have related to the case is John Route. He then said oh, let me check. John Route that is correct. I then asked him if the Richardson County Court was in Georgia and he said yes. I told him that I would call the courthouse and ask about the case.

I called the courthouse and talked to the county clerk. She said that the case numbers in both courthouses would not match the amount of numbers that this case contains. She ran John Routes name against the records. The name did not appear in the database.

I am not sure what this scam is all about yet, but I want the phone calls to stop. They seem to find a link to phone numbers that are associated with my number and call them and leave a voice message like a described above.
