Scammer told me I owed a debt for an overdraft account at a bank I never banked with. Stated the account was "very" old and they were turning it over to the county in which I live and taking me to court if I didn’t pay $1,200 today.

Had phone call on Feb 7th 2018 from a process server company stating they needed to serve me legal papers, which I had no clue about, she gave me a number and a file number to call. Call this place and told the are lawyers and I’m being sued for an unpaid medical bill from 2005. This has been a nightmare. They are threatening to sue me to the full extent of the law and that they wish they could be there at my court date to tell me I told you so and that I should have paid their offer. Also called this place and first lady I spoke to was incredibly rude to me. Very unprofessional. Also asked for proof that I have yet to receive and they don’t even have my address or have asked for it .
