Hello, this morning my sister and I received a phone call from Mary Clemmens (from 208-577-6377) a "compliance office" (she did not state her company). She said that there is a case being filed against my father and said that by law she was to make me aware that when Case Number: 172397 is completed, that it will be become a matter of public record. She said to call: 844-333-3195. We called this number and "Jim" answered. I asked what company this is and he stated "Alliance." He did not state anything else about this company. I asked to speak to Mary Clemmens and he immediatley got angry and said he doesn’t know that person. Again, I asked to speak to Mary Clemmens because someone is trying to scam my dad and I hung up. He called me back from 877-733-7130 and left a voicemail stating that I threatened him and that we need to have a conversation. This time, he said his name is James Ryan. He also called my dad and asked for 2 forms of identification. My family and I have blocked these numbers. Please be aware of this scam. We have already reported it to the Federal Trade Commission.
