Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered 3 products ans still waiting for tracking information. When I email them it comes back as a robotic email stating it failed and that I can’t contact anyone because it doesn’t belong to anyone. My loss was $1.95×3 which isn’t that bad and I used a gift card that had nothing really left on it because I was leary but besides that, it’s all a scam. I tried to log in and was told my email was not right and that there was an error. These people should not be allowed to scam as they do. Not everyone uses gift cards with not much money on it to be cautious so some people lose big amounts of money and it shouldn’t be allowed
