Type of a scam Home Improvement

Consumer hired "Richard Stanley" of "All State Materials" with phone # (412) 352-2338 to pave her driveway with asphalt.  The job was not done according to specifications and code, and "Richard Stanley" demanded more money to finish than originally negotiated and then left without completing the job.  In addition, the company left a pile of asphalt in the grass next to the drively on her residential property.  A copy of the contract that was shown and signed by her, was not provided to her.  Instead a carbon copy with no details on it such as company address, invoice #, PA HIC registration # through the Attorney General’s office etc.  When the phone # is searched, no info. on company is found.

Two days later consumer called Richard Stanley and asked when he would be back to finish the driveway.  He yelled at her that he would not be back.  She then asked for his business address.  He responded that he would not give her the address because he has children and she could harm them.  At the time, the consumer was very ill with a severe heart condition and could not even go outside.
