Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Vanessa Of "All Phase Business Supplies, Inc" called this business (Longview Chiropractic) saying their Verifone paper had been recalled and they would be sending her free paper. When the shipment was received, there was a $256.92 invoice. She called the # on the invoice and the woman on the other end was "very rude and condescending" saying "she had accepted the shipment of paper and owed for it". Longview Chiropractic has an agreement with their machine vendor to receive free paper. "All Phase Business Supplies, Inc" identified themselves as the Verifone paper supplier. Though neither a business or personal credit card or other credit # was given, Vanessa told Lorie they would be charging Longview Chiropractic Center.
