caller stated he was from credit card co. I ask what co ,he asked did I have a master card I answered yes ,He we handle master card capitol one WE calling card holders in good standing to let know that they could lower interest rate, All I need know valid date, I gave the date, he said my number starts 5178 now solely tell me the other number .I asked him don’t you have all numbers .If you from my credit company you should have my number. That I will not give out my numbers, I hung up .They called right back ,I told the party that I was finished and hung up the phone They called right back . I didn’t answer .Then I called my credit card co asked were they calling customers about lowering card intrest rate. they said no they do that letter,
