Alipate Rass Ofiu was found through FB Tamadii Kava. He contacted me directly via text and gave me a low quote. Later he increased the price and said that I ripped him off and agressively said I needed to pay him more. I immediately stopped the work and asked for my money back minus the work done. Since the job was large he asked for a 1/3 up front and continued to ask for money. After the work stopped he said that he would sue me.
He drives a gold/silver old model Nissan Pathfinder. His crew drives a maroon truck with silver siding and double back tires. One of his crew members is a young man named JR in his 20s.
