I ordered 2 items on may 4, 2020. I have not received my samples. I have requested refund for samples. I was told items are processing, but slow due to COVID. Then I was told via email, "

Thank you for reaching out to us. We hope this email finds you well.
Our billing department advised that although the refund was duly processed on 06/27/2020, due to a system glitch the funds were blocked in the system. Therefore we will process this refund manually. You should have the funds in your account within approximately 5-7 working days. I am truly sorry about this and I will personally monitor this case so this problem won’t happen again. Please be assured that Alienated will return the monies as soon as possible."
None of this is legal or makes sense. I still have not received a refund.
