I clicked on the link sent to me from Alfhie to track my order. The link now says the shop doesn’t exist. I then tried calling and the number hung up on me 3 times without being answered. After that, I googled the address and what I found was less than appealing. The address is a rundown looking house. So now I have no way of contacting them or getting my money back.

I wanted to order my husband a gaming chair. I conducted a Google search for companies that sell them and I came across Alfie. I ordered the product and the cost of it was deducted off of my Direct Express card.

A few days later, I received an email from them stating thst their warehouse was undergoing remodeling and that the product would be shipped in 7-14 days. That time frame has expired, so I left several emails asking for a refund and I have not received a single reply from them. I have tried to call them, but the message on the other line states "All circuits are busy. Please try your call again later." And it hangs up on me. I am beginning to believe this company is a scam.
