Type of a scam Tech Support

So far, I have received at least 3 calls, using a recorded female voice, from an organization identified as Alexander Tech. The caller’s message states that someone may be trying to hijack our computer and that our Microsoft Windows software is in jeopardy of compromise. We were further instructed to call 302-316-9259 for assistance. Previously we, were duped by MTE, but reported their scam and charges to our credit card company for dispute/recovery investigation.

Just received a recorded telephone call informing me that someone was trying to hijack my MICROSOFT computer and in order to stop this attack l need to call 302-316-9259 immediately or my personal information will be at risk.

Now, l know that if it involved Microsoft, that Microsoft would have called, or one of my internet security companies like Malwarebytes or Ariva Anti-virus. So, l didn’t call, knowing that my computer was completely unpluged and completely disconnected at the time of the callat 4:22 p.m.
