Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Received a phone call from 646-583-0168 stating that if I didn’t pay my United Cash Advance loan in full of $680.00 they were going to do an affidavit for tomorrow 10/08/2015 to be delivered to my home following I would be arrested if not paid by today. If after tomorrow I would be arrested and would have lawyer fees and such. Could be up to around $4,000.00 after all said in done plus lawyer fees for myself. His name was Alex Parker was supposed to have an extension but if you call back he always answers the phone, ext. was 111 says he is with a Lawyers Office but never tells you what one. He wanted me to send a money gram from Walmart to a Dawne Reyes not a company name the state was Texas to be sent to. The phone number that comes up is from NY.
