Third party seller Alex Anna on amazon.ca is ripping off hundreds of people , just look at Alex annna’s comments on amazon.ca they are all saying that the seller never shipped the product but in each case they ship something to an address in the USA to fool amazon into thinking they are shipping something, amazon is still letting him get away with this scam and for me I have not received a refund after a month still of trying, The seller never responds to anything , I also tried to submit a claim for a refund through amazon since the seller obviously is running a scam unbelievably they rejected my claim , I chatted online with customer support they guaranteed I would receive a full refund but then the next day I got an email saying claim was denied , amazon must be receiving some commission or something for them to allow this to continue even though so many cannadians have been scammed
