Total money lost $5,587

Type of a scam Tech Support

I received a phone call from a Microsoft tech saying my computer was going to crash, but he had a program he could help me with to secure it. I needed to pay $268.00 for the service and it would protect my computer for a lifetime. Any problems I had with it, just call them and they would fix it. I paid the fee on 12-22-2016, thru my bank. Then on 1-4-2017, Peter Wood called me to tell me that due to technical difficulties, the program would not work. I said ok, refund my money back. He had access to my computer and added new programs, files, etc. I never got my money back, he said my bank would not accept a deposit from him, but got snow balled into paying out $5,587.00 for a program supposedly set up like a loan to pay my bills. Every time I told him I did not want his service, he would get beligerent and say I had to pay more to get my money back. Unfortunately I was wrong. To this day, I have not received any of my money back. He also said I would have free 6 months coverage on my computer for tech support. I just want my money back, I am a senior citizen and need it to pay my bills. I did receive this copy of a check, but with no authorization numbers it is not valid. I had to call my phone company and block his calls from 1-876-289-0077. To this day he still calls my cell with this number 1-206-451-8647. I just turn my cell off. I have contacted our local police, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Microsoft @1-800-642-7676, Western Union, Money Gram, my bank, and any other avenues I can find to inform someone else of this "Anti-hacking Protection for a Lifetime" scam.
