Type of a scam Employment

Was approached via email for an employment opportunity on Tue, Mar 3 as Shipping Coordinator to work from home for this "logistics" company. Pay was to be $4000.00 per month plus 5% commission.

I received an email for an application site which looked very legitimate. Listed above in Scammer Website. No SSN # was requested. Just name, address and phone number. I am looking for employment at this time and my resume is on many job boards.

Fourteen email exchanges have taken place. The more pertinent are attached below. Two "assignments" were requested to be done. The first, research trucking companies in Missouri. I did this.

The second was straight to an assignment to receive a customers payment, sent to me, made out to me, which I was to cash or deposit in my bank account. I was to notify Remy of receipt. After which I would be given detailed instructions on how and where to transfer the money, less my "commission". As this "payment" was not being sent to a company bank, but directly to me, red flags went up.

Remy replied to an email I sent this morning, 3/13, expressing my concern over this payment arrangement, still insisting that their banking situation is complicated and that the process of sending the money to me was how they operated until the banking is set up. I had stated that I will not use my personal bank account for Ala business, period. That did not deter Remy. Processing it, somehow, was the only concern but using a bank account was "safest".
