Made a purchase for a jacket/hoodie in Dec. 2016 paid 85.99 got receipt, from an ad on facebook. never received item or money back. Tried multiple times to contact via email, 1-800 number, and got nothing in return. Their website is no longer found in domain. Can I get my money back?

I found this advertisement on Facebook for a really nice jacket and decided to purchase it. I had some reservations at first because of the price and buying from an unknown seller but decided to go ahead anyway. That was one month ago. I received a confirmation email immediately after purchasing it but I have yet to receive a delivery notification and the seller is not responding to direct messages. Not to mention the phone number on their website is dead and I can’t get through to talk to anyone. I have seen some people on the advertising comments sections saying they are having similar experiences. Since it’s been a month I don’t know if there’s anything my bank can do to reverse the charges
