Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered a snap on hat, emailed customer service several times. I received a response saying there was a delay due to Covid-19 2nd email my response said my order was missed somehow I will receive an update in 3/4 days. No update. 3rd email saying I will receive my order in 5/10 business days. Several more emails no response. Placed order March 13th took money right away never received my item.
