We looked to purchase a puppy through this website. We corresponded through text message and agreed upon a dog. After the seller answered a lot of my questions and looking through the website we felt comfortable enough to make the purchase. They asked us to pay through PayPal and were told to select Friends and Family. I didn’t think much of it as I haven’t paid too many people through PayPal. Once we confirmed payment he said our new puppy would ship on Thursday (this was Sunday night) and on Thursday we would get confirmation of the time. The next day I had a bad feeling and started texting him some questions the responses were satisfactory but strange, like English wasn’t his first language. But when I asked for health records he told me he would send them on Thursday as well. I told him there is no reason he couldn’t send them prior but he acted like I was the [censored]. I started thinking he was probably a puppy mill or a scam but why was he still corresponding with us if he already had the money. He said he would let us know on Thursday at 4pm when her shipment was, 4 o’clock came and went with no text, call, or email. My husband and I both tried calling and texting various times one various devices with no answer. The dog was $900 + $300 for shipping for a total of $1,200. Leason learned: adopt

My daughter found a French bulldog she liked on aghemfrenchies.site on June 8, 2018. She contacted the number provided. On 6/8/2018, we sent a money gram to Roman Egbe Oklahoma City, OK 73112. We were assured the puppy would be flown out the next day. Flight info was received but with a date from the previous month; 5/9/2018. When brought to their attention, the date was changed to todays date; 6/9/2018. An additional $990.00 was requested for insurance, national health license, and USDA paper; stating 90% was refundable upon delivery. I asked additional questions at which time the breeder changed their story and said the puppy would be delivered to my door. I informed the breeder that is not what we agreed upon and I wanted a refund. They responded with only $650.00 of the original $800.00 would be refundable due to $150.00 non refundable for flight. Numerous attempts were made to obtain refund from the breeder, excuses were made each time as to why they haven’t be able to go to the money gram store. I was told it would be two hours, and most recently the response is tomorrow. We will see if that happens! Numerous names, phone numbers were used by the breeders; 405-300-4193, aghemfrenchies.site, Roman Egbe, Nelson Tembi 405-389-3211 [email protected], Wilbraham Ngu. Phone numbers listed on web page; 612-643-8978, 651-333-7425.
