Type of a scam Online Purchase

Attempted to purchase a motorcycle helmet through this website. Transaction seems legitimate and I received an email confirmation of my order. The email stated that it would take three to five weeks for the Oder to arrive and I’d be receiving a tracking number within 3 to five days. I tried contacting the company via email on the 5th day for an update. Here is what I received in response.

“Hi,

Our factory is overloaded at this time so it got a bit later than usual. But your order is still being delivery carefully and will get to you soon. We wil send you the informations about your package as soon as possible.

Please be patient with us.

Many Thanks and Best Regards,”

I’ve email multiple times since then with no response. The phone number they list on their website goes to a full voicemail box and the street address for them is invalid. Sadly this website comes up as the first option when searching google for this specific motorcycle helmet.. thanks Google!
